Returns and Shipping Policy
We do not accept buyers remorse as a refundable reason for returns. Please read the product descriptions carefully. All sales are final.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong product we will at our descretion do one of two things. 1. Give you a full refund of the product and shipping or 2. Ship the correct product upon receipt of the incorrect product in usable condition after we send you a prepaid return shipping receipt.
Item is Defective or Damaged in Transit:
If you order an item on our site and it arrives broken or is defective, we may elect to do one of two things, 1. Provide a full refund and ask that you field destroy the item or donate it to a local charity, or, 2. Issue a prepaid return shipping label so that you can ship the item back to our facility.
In either case, and at our sole discretion, we may ask you for photographic images showing proof of the defect or damage.
If we issue a return label, we will inspect the item when it arrives back to our facility. At our discretion, we may elect to ship you the correct item you ordered or issue you a full refund if an identical item is out of stock or cannot ship within 3 business days.
You will receive a refund within 3 business days of receiving your returned product.
If you need to return an item, simply email us through email@example.com with the request. Be sure to include your full name along with the order number, order date and phone number that you can be reached on.
Most items on our site are sold with “Free Shipping” included. We ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States, but may cancel orders that come through heading to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO addresses or any International Orders. It is really based on whether the “Free Shipping” is cost effective enough when being sent to any of these locations.
Our primary carriers are Fedex, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service.
Your order will ship from one of our warehouses within 5-7 business days from the time it clears our accounting dept.
The time in which it takes for your order to actually arrive will be determined by the carrier itself and the method selected.
You will receive an email with your tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment at the website of the carrier that we have chose for the shipment.
